pr_thenandnow_useuseA lot has changed in the world of PR—even in just the last decade or so—as illustrated in this (fantastic!) Inkhouse infographic (a fraction of which is pictured to the left).  For me, the rapid transformation of the industry through technology has been challenging, uncertain, promising and exciting all at the same time.
 
Yet, despite the fact that we’ve ditched our fax machines and mastered social media, the most fundamental elements of good PR continue to remain the same.  Personal relationships, really good storytelling, dependability, and thought leadership are—and always will be—central to what we do.  And that’s more than enough to make me smile, even on a Monday!
